for customers ship from our Antwerp, Belgium warehouse. Orders are
shipped via UPS, or Common Carrier for very large orders.
Shipping and handling charges will be added to your order. Once
your online order is shipped, you will be E-mailed your tracking
number.

A: Yes,
you can pick up your order at our warehouse. Pickups can be made after
your order is confirmed. Our hours for customer pick up are Fridays only
between 8-12.
